ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and we’re a tight-knit team of three who truly enjoy working together. Before becoming an agent, I built my career in advertising and media sales management — running radio stations, TV shows, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment. I made the move into insurance because I wanted to make a bigger impact and take care of people in a more meaningful way every single day.

Giving back is important to us, and we stay involved locally through initiatives like supporting a local athlete each week, Chatham Kids Matters, Ronald McDonald House, and breast cancer awareness efforts. We also love supporting small businesses in our community.

For our team, we offer two weeks of PTO, licensing reimbursement, and an amazing holiday schedule with all government holidays plus extra time off around major weekends and holidays. We also keep things fun with perks like coffee runs and lunches throughout the week, and when our team hits weekly life app goals during the spring, we close at 3pm on Fridays.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Connie Fenner - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
